This podcast is one of my favorite things I’ve done in life. I get to read really awesome books, talk to incredible guests, and share tons of tools that have helped me kick stress’s ass. I absolutely LOVE sharing this info with you all.  If this podcast has helped you and you want to support it, there are a few ways you can do it!

Equipment, web hosting, editing, & even hosting the pod on iTunes costs money. I wish I could make it all happen for free, but alas, the world runs on that good ol’ green. If you want to support the show monetarily, you can:

    • Shop the episode guides! Each episode guide contains Amazon associates links or affiliate links. When you purchase through those links, I get a kickback. I personally stand behind every product I recommend, so I’ll never post an affiliate link to something just to earn a commission. I’m all about that authenticity, baby!
    • Make a donation! Contact me if you’d like to make a donation. It’s much appreciated!

Leave a review or spread the love!

Share on Facebook / Twitter/ Instagram: The most powerful way you can support the podcast is by sharing it with someone you think would enjoy it. Whether it’s sharing an episode guide on your social media, tagging me at @dontfreakoutpodcast, or following me on social media, the support really helps!

Email to a friend: Sign up for my newsletter! Each week I send out free tips and resources related to the show. You can forward this on to someone you think might dig it using the link in the email.

Leave a review: If you love the show, please leave an iTunes review. You have no idea how much it means to me and how much it helps the show. Leave the good, the bad, the ugly (ok, maybe not the ugly). But I truly love hearing from you and want to hear your opinions on how I can improve the show and serve you best.
