Love and Anxiety with The Angry Therapist John Kim

Love and Anxiety with The Angry Therapist John Kim

Website | Book

As he was going through an expired relationship, John Kim created a blog on Tumblr and titled his first post “My Fucking Feelings”. He named his blog The Angry Therapist and started to document his journey post divorce. He is a LMFT whose practice redefines “therapy” in the traditional sense. He uses the internet as a therapeutic tool with an online community as the main space for growth and healing. John and his team work to turn self-help into a lifestyle; he’s the host of the podcast Asking For a Friend, the author of The Angry Therapist: A No BS Guide to Finding and Living Your Own Truth, as well as a writer, speaker, and coach.
