From Anxiety to Love with Corinne Zupko

In this episode we are taking about A Course in Miracles and Anxiety with Corinne Zupko of From Anxiety to Love

Corinne Zupko, Ed.S., M.A., is the author of From Anxiety To Love: Working with your Inner Therapist to Find Lasting Peace (New World Library, 2018). She was diagnosed with her first anxiety disorder at a very young age and struggled with debilitating anxiety for nearly three decades. Determined not to let the anxiety run her entire life, she has since become an expert in undoing anxiety through living the principles of the psycho-spiritual text, A Course in Miracles. With the Course and mindfulness meditation as tools on her journey, she has found inner peace to be unstoppable and now teaches others to do the same. Corinne has coached, counseled, and educated thousands of individuals at national and state conferences, in the classroom and in workshops, over the phone, and in the therapy chair. Corinne is a motivational and keynote speaker, licensed counselor, adjunct professor of Counselor Education, Board Certified Coach, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher. She teaches weekly mindfulness meditation classes at a major U.S. financial institution. A New Jersey native, in her spare time she can be found hanging out with her husband and their six comical pet chickens. For free gifts, visit FromAnxietyToLove.com.
