Once upon a time, I did not have it together. I drank too much, smoked too much, and generally lived the lifestyle of an aging ex-Mickey Mouse club member.

My apartment was full of books on self-development, spirituality, and health but yet I was struggling with debilitating stress and anxiety that made me feel like I was missing out on the best years of my life. I later learned that I needed to actually read the books in order for them to work. Who knew?

I felt lost, depleted, and like I was on the road to becoming the type of person that suggests bottomless brunch on a Wednesday morning or reposts The Onion articles on Facebook without realizing it’s satire. Needless to say, things were going great.

The funny thing is, on the outside it did seem my life was in check. I was doing really well in my career, had an incredible circle of friends, and had the support to really make a great life for myself. I secretly struggled with anxiety for years before taking control and surrendering to the healing path I needed to follow. When I made the commitment to releasing my attachment to fear, stress, and anxiety, my life opened up in the most beautiful ways.

Which led me here.

I now see anxiety as the greatest gift ever given to me because it has led me to a life of peace, connection, self-love, and deep commitment to nourishing myself. I am so excited to share all of the tools, resources, and ideas that have led me to this place in the hope that it will light the spark inside you that leads you to your healing.

My goal for this pod is to be of service to you! Shoot me an email and let me know what you’re struggling with and I’ll do everything I can to get you great episodes on the topic.

xo!
